just got off the phone with one of the management chaps of the
company I was ranting about last friday ...
the phone call was about another unrelated issue ..... but I
made the comment that the new tech support fellow doesn't know much
at all ..... I think i got the manager interested in the fellow now
.....
I wonder if I'll be breaking someone's rice bowl ? ...
